I've been rafting several times. My mom kinda got us started going. I think our first trip was down the Chatooga River on the GA/SC border. The water was kinda low. At one photo point, where you come down a little waterfall, the guide didn't get us set up well, and the raft tipped over. Most of us fell out, including my mom. In the picture, she's being thrown out head-first, a$$ over teakettle, and she's SMILING.
I am a newlywed twenty-something with big plans and little time. I love to craft, read, knit, pretend I'm a superhero, and am obsessed with anything related to bees.

It's one of my favorite memories of her.
Whitewater rafting rocks.
