NavBar and RSS

From what I've seen so far, the RSS feed is basically a web page that updates at a certian time interval. So, I've subscribed to Caitlin's blogspot RSS feed. I have a bookmark in my favorites for her RSS feed, and when I click on it, it takes me to a webpage that lists her blog (but is not actually her blog). I have the feed set up to update once a day with the option of updating more often. There might be more features, but I havent played with it enough yet.

The NavBar is the very top of the blog. It is not working for me. I can sign in, and update my blog, but it messes up and will only show in the very top 1/2 inch of the screen (which is the NavBar - where the blogger logo is). I have no idea why it does that and after looking on the blogger help pages, I think I'm going to ask the question to the support team. Has anyone elses had problems with the 1/2 inch blue logo thing at the top of your blog?

I also havent seen a better way to network with this blog. I'll keep trying it out and keep you guys updated!

what is the benefit of linking the RSS to my blog... but not actually my blog?

my biggest "gripe" with blogspot seems to be the lack of a "friends" feature.... other than that.... i like it... easy to use... (although i don't have a pic hosted on another page to use as a profile pic.... i wish that was a bit easier to do - just upload one)...... and i keep having to log in all the time... i want it to remmeber me more ... like xanga does...
